In a country without a name, a man comes, Time, former ruler of the city, banned by his son years before. Time is called in his country by Universe, the richest and most powerful man in the city, to investigate the assassination of the candidate for mayor, Case. The main suspect, Destiny, outgoing mayor, is in jail. Meanwhile, a Mr. Winkelman is killing them one by one the main "protagonists" of the story.

In un paese senza nome, giunge un uomo, Tempo, ex dominatore della città, cacciato anni prima dal figlio. Tempo viene richiamato nel suo paese da Universo, l’uomo più ricco e potente della città, per indagare sull’assassinio del candidato sindaco, Caso. Il principale indiziato, Destino, sindaco uscente, è in carcere. Intanto, un certo signor Winckelmann sta uccidendo ad uno ad uno i principali “protagonisti” della vicenda.
