A private detective, Johnny Mattel, investigates cases of homicidal suicides, which occurred in a room of such a Mr. Ballin, which actually acts as a cover for criminal activities. But the detective's investigation is undermined by the charm of the Dark Lady, Ballin's wife and woman whom Johhny loved passionately in the past.
